Log into Moodle - Step-by-Step Guide

Moodle is a learning portal where students can access their learning resources, complete their online weekly activities and complete their assessments. The learning progress of the student is tracked via this system. Any feedback from the trainer and grades are available in Moodle for the students.

Moodle is linked with a Microsoft account provided by the IT Helpdesk team. The credentials are provided to you when you first join your college. These details can be used to check your course grades, feedback, to access Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, to access Moodle and to access computers in your college labs. It is crucial that the students check their college email for any feedback or course updates.

Please follow the below steps to log into Moodle.


  1. Go to https://myapps.microsoft.com

  2. Provide your login details sent by IT Helpdesk Team, the username and the password. Your username starts with your student ID number.
    Queensford College: QFCxxxxx@student.queensford.edu.au
    Axis Institute: xxxxxxxx@student.axisinstitute.edu.au

  3. From My Apps page, click on Queensford Moodle app as shown in the screenshot below.

  1. You should be automatically logged into Moodle now.
